- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One of the things I love about New Roads is how many compassionate individuals work here. I have worked for New Roads for almost 3 years and everyone that works here has a very strong "Why" to work for New Roads. We deal with a very difficult population. There are several substance abuse programs out there and can help with drug addiction. New Roads deals with both populations of drug addiction and mental health. Some of the more difficult mental health behavioral challenges that most centers can't handle get sent to New Roads.
